Where to ask questions, report problems and talk to the ChatBeds team.
Ask the community
community.chatbeds.app has a Developers category for questions about the API, OAuth, webhooks and apps. Search first: someone may have asked already. Sign in with your ChatBeds account.
When you ask, include:
- the operation and the status code you got,
- the
detail(orerror_description) from the answer, - the request, without your key, token or secrets.
Write to us
contact@chatbeds.app for anything private: your app's review, a security question, a partnership, or higher limits.
Never send secrets
We will never ask for your client secret, API key, access token or webhook secret. Revoke any you have pasted somewhere public, and make a new one.
Report a security problem
Write to contact@chatbeds.app with Security in the subject. Please give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else.
